What's not allowed
Spam and unwanted email
- Only add guests who actually know you and would expect an invite.
- Don't paste scraped lists, purchased lists, or rented lists.
- Don't use RSVPeas for newsletters, drip campaigns, or transactional email outside the RSVP flow.
- Respect unsubscribes. Suppressed addresses stay suppressed.
Illegal activity
- No events that violate the law where they're happening or where the guests are.
- No drug sales, no weapons sales, no trafficking.
- No CSAM. We report immediately and cooperate with law enforcement.
Hate and harassment
- No hate speech targeting protected groups.
- No threats, stalking, doxxing, or coordinated harassment.
- No impersonation of real people you don't represent.
Security and abuse
- No scraping, automated mass account creation, or bypassing rate limits.
- No reverse engineering, security research outside our disclosure process, or exploiting bugs.
- No reselling or sublicensing the service.
- No probing other users' pods or guests beyond what the UI offers.
Photos and chat
- Photo uploads on a pod are for that pod's event. No nudity, no gore, no copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
- Chat is for guests of the pod. Don't use it to advertise other services or grief other guests.
- Hosts can moderate. Repeat violations get the account suspended.
How we enforce this
We rely on a combination of automated suppression (bounced or complained addresses get blocked) and human review of reports. Reports go to [email protected] with the pod link and a short description.
Depending on severity we may:
- Send a warning
- Remove specific content
- Suspend or terminate the account
- Block specific email addresses from being added again
- Refer the matter to law enforcement
Reporting abuse
See something off? Email [email protected] with the pod URL and a one-paragraph description. We aim to respond within two business days.
